Trial and renewals

If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend to keep, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.

One-time purchases

One-time add-ons can be refunded within 14 days if the content has not been delivered.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
